Prior to service commencement, we will conduct specialized alignment with the OEM's technical team to fully adopt their ECU acceptance criteria system. This encompasses all testing dimensions, including ECU individual components, functional topology subsystems, and the entire vehicle system, ensuring that each test achieves "zero deviation" from the OEM's internal standards. This approach eliminates rework issues due to "unrecognized test results" at the source.
Test Capability Precise Matching
To meet pre-mass production acceptance requirements for "multi-category, high-volume" scenarios, we are equipped with multiple parallel testing systems and a dedicated technical team. We can formulate differentiated testing plans based on ECU component types (e.g., Powertrain Control ECU, Intelligent Cockpit ECU) to achieve "batch testing for the same category and simultaneous testing for multiple categories." This significantly boosts testing throughput per unit of time and effectively alleviates internal workload pressure for OEMs.
