A customer's cockpit product faced a rigorous functional safety audit by the OEM, requiring comprehensive testing compliant with ISO 26262 standards within a tight timeline. Upon receiving the client's commission, our company quickly assembled a safety testing team and developed a one-stop solution tailored for the customer, covering requirement traceability, test case design, and HIL automated testing, ultimately assisting the client in completing the final delivery.

In the development of new platform vehicles, to meet the WP.29 R155 regulatory requirements for information asset-related controllers, the supplier must implement CSMS and testing. The client entrusted our company to conduct comprehensive cybersecurity testing on the cockpit domain controller developed for the OEM. Based on the ISO/SAE 21434 standard, we provided the client with end-to-end cybersecurity testing services, including penetration testing, fuzz testing, vulnerability scanning, and more, ultimately completing the project delivery successfully.

At the OEM's request, a window fault investigation was conducted on 25,000 already-delivered body domain controllers. On-site screening was constrained by environmental conditions and power supply, imposing strict requirements on equipment size and battery life. After evaluation, the VS3000 equipment was selected and the testing procedure was configured. All screening tasks were completed according to the prescribed cycle, and the results received full affirmation from the customer.

The multifunctional steering wheel controller supplied by the Alps European factory to the OEM experienced volume adjustment failure after vehicle installation. Facing the urgent mass production deadline, our on-site team quickly utilized pre-configured VS3000 equipment to set up a testing environment, successfully reproduced the fault, and remotely shared the data with the R&D department. This effectively assisted them in rapidly identifying the root cause, securing critical time for issue resolution.

To accelerate their cabin controller network testing progress, the client entrusted our company to develop a network HIL cabinet and accompanying automated testing scripts. Despite the tight schedule, we successfully completed the system integration and training delivery with high quality, effectively ensuring the efficient advancement of the client's subsequent testing work.
